Oh great, another Zamasu roleplayer

. Come on man this gimmick is super lame.
Not as lame as Yamcha. Anyway, I am not roleplaying as Zamasu, I am genuine. If Goku and co. were truly aware that Frieza would be resuming his evil ways and still decided not to do anything at all, they would be nothing but selfish pricks. But I don't think that will happen in the end. Goku outright told Frieza that if he continues with his evil ways, he will defeat him again.
They shouldn't have a problem dealing with Frieza anyway, because even if he managed to counter the Mafuba, they would still have the Zen-Oh button. In addition, now that Beerus knows just how low the mortal level of his universe is, he might decide to stop allowing Frieza to cause so much senseless destruction and slaughter.

At his core Zamasu is good like Shin, though I guess you could say he was so fastidious that it backfired. But you know, for this "Future Trunks Arc" you had to depict Zamasu and Trunks' inner conflict, right? If this was back when I was drawing the manga myself then I doubt if I could have done it. I mean, I'm not very good at depicting the characters' psychology on the page. So this all came together because now I only have to think up the story. [...] On my own, I doubt I would have been able to express Zamasu's fall to the dark side.

Rebuild his empire but this time mostly avoiding conflicts with Goku, not with Vegeta though, only Goku..

He knows that Frost built an empire pretending to be the good guy. Maybe he'll try that approach to stay under the radar. The Z-guys won't attack him unless he wreaks havoc.
Also, the ningen level is still quite low and it got U-7 into the TOP, it doesn't seem like such a good idea to let Freeza go on destroying worlds and lowering that level even more.

He can just consolidate his control over the planets already conquered and build up an army of mercenaries.
More or less in accordance to video games like xenoverse where Frieza is seen basically minding his own business,
Or (most probably) he will play the same role vegeta/piccolo played in DBZ movies.

Luckily we will see him stick around with a little better plot.

My personal opinion: Frieza is now Piccolo in the last DB episodes / first DBZ episodes. Declares himself evil, runs away, will be the one who will encounter the movie's enemy, will seek out Goku for 'help'.
Considering the fact that the movie's nemesis is a Saiyan, and considering the fact that we'll get Frieza ruler era flashbacks, my guess is that the Movie Saiyan will seek Frieza out, challenge him (either to avenge the Saiyans or simply to declare himself the strongest because he believes that Frieza is the strongest), Frieza will lose but will state (or will let it 'slip') that Goku is more powerful than Movie Saiyan, Movie Saiyan is intrigued by this information and goes to Earth to challenge Son Goku.
Thus:
- We Frieza fanboys get more Frieza
- Frieza moves the plot forward, does not encounter the Z Fighters (sparing us a third match with his nemesis because it's too soon to have one yet again), maintains his evil alignment (because he hopes that the two Saiyans will kill each other)
- Survives the movie to plot / train even more

Probably build up his empire again and try to regain his footing. Eventually, he'll either join the Z Fighters as a permanent addition to the group or he'll end up facing off against them again.
I hate both of those outcomes but I guess I'd be more interested in the former because the latter would just be retreading him for a third time.

Freeza teamed up with Goku. Freeza's character as an evil tyrant is over, he's now a Z fighter whether he likes it or not. Happened with Piccolo and Vegeta, now its his turn.
Why else did they erase the Freeza Force entirely in RoF arc, he could rebuild, sure, but it's not likely. He's Goku's buddy forever now lol

There's no way Freeza joins the Z fighters out of his own good will, there would have to be a common enemy or a common goal involved.
I'm guessing he will try to rebuild his empire and establish a stronghold for himself. Get some new loyal lapdogs like Zarbon and Dodoria, and train to get stronger.

Hard to say where Freeza goes from here really, especially with Toriyama's sporadic and wild ideas for some of his characters. He might just be forgotten about like Launch, who knows...
