I think we might be stuck till early summer. Movie news rarely ever came quickly for BOG and F. There's usually a couple month gap.

I'm sure they'll be used. Even if Toriyama himself didn't create SSBE and SSBK, he still approved them.

Nagamine's storyboard doesn't have to 100% accurately reflect the script. Fukkatsu no F had dialogue not written by Toriyama in Yamamuro's storyboard and the finished audio.

Yeah, from what we've seen he really doesn't seem to care that much about the anime or the manga making up new transfomations. Hell, look at what happened with Kale. Toei moved to essentially canonize the LSS form and Toriyama not only allowed it but created a comanion character to go with her.

I was really sure Kale was a Toyotaro idea too. She looks so much like Momo.

If the new Saiyan is really Yamoshi incarnate, I wouldn't be surprised if Saiyan god powers were cut off for the duration of the movie. Yamoshi is the one who grants those powers, so by extension he could also take it away.

If Goku can use UI then he won't need KK but it'd be hard to explain Vegeta not using the form that took down Toppo. It was a huge part of Vegeta's development so I'd be shocked if he just gets his ass kicked in normal blue and never use it.

Well.. Kaioken has been such a huge hit with db fans so I guess they will most likely use it, but I really hope this chain of odd transformations is put to a halt. I'm fine with just SSG and SSGSS, please don't flood the movie with even more ;( @ Toei and Toriyama

That would be a cool way to depower Goku and Vegeta and make the story more interesting.

While I agree and hope that anime-exclusive transformations will be absent from the movie, I have the sneaking suspicion that this could potentially be what Toriyama meant when he brought up the manga. I've noticed many speculating that the manga will continue past the anime by adapting the movie. While I still believe the manga will stop where the anime stopped, I also believe it's entirely possible that the movie could be a continuation only of the anime and that the manga could adapt differently, Kaiōken and Royal Blue being possible reasons if that ends up being the case.

It'd be odd for Vegeta to get his ass kicked and not use something that took down the likes of Toppo so I assume they'll have him use it unless they plan on also giving him UI.
