"DBZ: The Music Saga" front/back image cover scans

Hi everyone. I'm collecting many DB related record, tape and CD image cover scans from both Japanese and worldwide DB releases. Is there anyone who does the domestic "original" bootleg which back then sold in eBay, the "DBZ: The Music Saga" image cover scans?

Plus, just for fun and collection, if it's possible, where can I still get it? :roll:
