And Whis' line confirms this Goku and Vegeta are indeed the ones from Dragon Ball Super (besides other things too).

The fact that it's taking place in a Super-based timeline hasn't really been in question for a while now. But there's nothing in Whis' lines that confirm it's the actual Super continuity, rather than another split or something.

I’ve had the full chapter since it came out, me and my Japanese friends have been talking about how the silhouettes in the dragon balls are the strong people who own them, ozotto looks to be the silhouette in the 3rd dragon ball. Could uvm3 Be Ozotto’s debut in DBH!?

I’m gonna confidently say that that is 100% Ozotto. He looks too much like him to not be him.

The 6-star ball? I can see the CC logo on their clothes so it's probably Goku and Vegeta.

Not really, what would be the horn shape looks wrong and the guy in the Dragonball looks to be most definitely wearing a hood and what we can make out of the face looks completely off compared to Ozotto.

I’d say we are looking at it differently. Instead of a hood, look at it as that purple thing Ozotto has around his head. The horn shape fits for me. Add these things to the fact that he has 3 eyes. No one else resembles that silhouette more than Ozotto.

Edit: At the same time though, the “3rd eye” could just be a highlight caused by the hood. Honestly either one could work. (Salsa or Ozotto)
