Is that the correct pronounciation? I've never heard it pronouced before that, so I always thought it was like 'A Rally'. :?

I thought it was Ah-rah-lay.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Yeah that's pretty much the right way to say it.

Yep. Thought the way you mentioned might've been what they said due to it being how they pronounced it in the Dr. Slump crossover. Though I admit they were closer than I originally was. Back when that part of the manga came out, I didn't know anything about Japanese and saw her name and until the ep aired pronounced her name "uh-rayl".

I actually used to pronounce her name as Ariel...like the girl from The Little Mermaide.

That's how most of the game pronounces it, though I do remember Kibitokai in one of the Dragon History screens pronouncing it Ah-rah-lee. I'm kind of annoyed that they can't even keep their pronounciations consistent. :\

I'm too lazy to translate all of that, so I'll just summarize it. It says that they're going to have a Dragon Ball Z Sparking! Meteor tournament at the upcoming Jump Festival. The winner will get a copy of Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit for either the PS2 or Xbox 360 (they get to choose which version they want). And the runners-up will get a Mazoku (demon) case. And it says that Kageyama Hironobu is going to be there.

I thought DBZ Burst Limit was going to be for the PS3, but they say it's for the PS2. Maybe that's a mistake.

I was reading a topic on Gamefaqs about the lag and in the responce it was mentioned that if the lag should be resolved by January and if the Wii can't get Burst Limit (it may end up being called Budokai 4) Nintendo would consider working out some deal where they get more Tenkaichi Budokai titles just on this system.

So, I got the game for Christmas and I've been playing it...

Has anyone figured out what the designers were snorting when they decided to waste a character slot on a FUCKING PACIFIST?!

...Are we talking about Android 8 or Nam here, cuz both are kinda pacifists. However, both are a lot of fun.

My main question is why the hell we needed King Vegeta and King Cold, and yet Kid Krillin gets bypassed. WHAT THE HELL MAN!

I am pretty sure that King Cold is like being asked by many people, King Vegeta, I have no idea, to complete the Bardock mini-saga? Many (as in two to three) here states that Kid Krillin is too much like the adult version.
I feel sorry for Future Gohan.

...OK, if Kid Krillin is too much like normal Krillin, then why do we need two seperate Piccolos?

Seriously, there's only two characters missing from BT3 that really annoyed me. I wanted Goten GT, but even he doesn't bother me as much as these two - Kid Krillin and Chi Chi. ADULT Chi Chi.

Dragonball Adult Chi Chi, or Dragonball Z Adult Chi Chi?
Because that latter would do much...besides have a move where she nags the health away.

Either one, just have alternate outfits set up where she looks like the opposite one.

No, if it was primarily Z Chi Chi, you know they'd have some kind-of crap-out move called 'Son Family to the Rescue!' where Goku, Gohan, and Goten fly in to beat the crap out of the opponent. As much as Mr. Satan's new Ultimate move amused me...I hate moves that just bring in another character for the attack.
