Not necessarily, their transformations are meant to contain their powers. Cooler is stronger than Freeza, that's why it took him to create one more transformation, if Freeza created just four forms, then it means it was all he could do to contain his power.

Well you may be inluck on the last one I believe he will come in SDBH UVM3 the silhouette matches ozotto pretty well and he was the first person I thought of when I saw it

The first 3 forms are used to contain their power. Freeza and Cooler's "4th" form is their real form. Cooler's "5th" form is actually a transformation, not a containement for his power like the others as he was already in his realy form before finding it.

Interesting bit of trivia on that, the card games (though I take no stock in them) state his base form we see him in is his 3rd form. Xenoverse 2 on the other hand says it's his fourth form. Given how close it is to Frieza's true form, I'd say it's the implication we're meant to take, but I dont think anything blatant was stated.

his 'final form' I see continually described as going past his limit, more like super saiyan than simply using his true power. Pushing past his best, if you will

YES! The Piccolo fusion with Piccolo Daimao what-if from Supersonic Warriors was probably my favorite what-if from that game! I really hope we get that again.

Ozotto is a good possibility as well. He has a really cool design and an interesting power set in his game.

Heroes and Xenoverse already had other characters transform into Golden so it's no surprise that Coola got it, and maybe Frost down the line will too.

"Other characters" you mean avatars? They don't count in the grand scheme of things, they would obviously get the form sooner or later as they are the characters that the player controls, so you're controlling a character than can transform into the latest transformation available, all in the name of the "wow" factor. Actual characters getting forms will, for the most past, stand out.

But it established that it isn't a transformation unique to Freeza, so it's natural that they're giving the transformation to other anime characters.

I don’t know where you heard that but you got some of your facts wrong. All of Freeza’s forms besides gold are just forms made by him to contain his base power which is known as his final form. Cooler’s transformation is an actual upgrade like ssj or golden that gives you more power than your base unlike Freeza’s forms.

Please purchase the things you want, particularly when it's literally the same day that it's coming out that you're asking about it; it's not like this is an un-collected, 30-year-old bonus comic in the back of a discontinued magazine.

Is this series available in digital format at all? If I've searched around a bit but none of the big distributors seem to have the series available for purchase.
