Toppo, Kefla, Jiren updates and Super movie content are my main hopes.
And more original story that more explicitly sets up Xenoverse 3. I expected Infinite History to be more of a set up for XV3 with Fu being the villain for that game, but that wasn't how it turned out.

Nope, I imagine we'll get details either in June or July in V-Jump.

That was the plan, but I guess the Extra Packs/Infinite History sold well enough that they think they can draw out interest till closer to XV3. ( I presume they don't want said interest to drop with FighterZ and the intended other game between now and then.)

By the end i expect Caulifla, Kale, Pikkon, Super Baby Vegeta, Kefla, Toppo, 2 characters from other DB games, and some db20th movie characters.

Wow thats a big surprise honestly. Honestly I'm a bit mixed as I was hoping XV3 would start production soon but I guess all this practice only aids in the development of that eventual game and will make that roster extremely massive!

If XV3 really started development, then I see no reason why it would be paused for this. They can split into multiple teams. (I have no info on the intricacies of that though.)

Since XV3 would build off of XV2, any new content made for XV2 (minus the story) is also new content for XV3. Since Dragon Ball Legends seems to use the same assets and has a few characters XV doesn't have yet, I'm expecting some of those characters to make an appearance. Namely Chiaotzu, Taao, and Pikkon, and maybe we'll get Shallot's armor for CaCs. If I could pick one character to add, though, it would be Mecha Frieza. I just think he looks cool.

Seriously, though. I can't even begin to believe the continued support for this game, and I love it. While I'm really looking forward to an eventual Xenoverse 3, this has been the gift that keeps on giving. They knew right when to unveil new stuff, just as my attention toward the game had been wavering.

I'm personally hoping for some characters from other db games. Characters like Shallot, Zahha, and Aku no Saiyajin should be easier to get since they are all under Dimps and Bamco but having Majin 21 would be cool too.

DLC is generally made by small teams, this won't affect XV3 at all.

If they keep doing more DLC for XV2, I cant imagine what XV3 will be like.

The whole mentor outfit thing, where you can get the Saiyuki outfits for Goku and Gohan, the bikinis for Videl and 18, and etc. You can only receive those if your game is fully connected online, which apparently is only possible if you have PlayStation Plus, which I do not. So basically, a big part of the last DLC thing turned out to be something I couldn't even get due to the way they had it set up, when there's absolutely no reason for it to be set up that way. I'm able to get free gifts in FighterZ without having Plus, for example.

But yeah, still excited especially in regards to new characters that might come in the DLC, but overall I'm more hesitant now than I would have been before as a result.

For me, I just don't give a flying fig newton how my mentor is dressed. If I'm gettin' alternate costumes I want to play in them, not watch the CPU play in them.

I guess the files people found for 2 extra packs were true then.

Baby Vegeta should've been in the first game so hopefully he's one of them. Kefla and Toppo were the tournaments other main 2 antagonists with Jiren so chances are they'll be apart of this. We could also get #13 and Bojack's transformations. Vegeta's Blue evolution could also make it in. We'll probably get something in June's V-Jump.

Like others have said, it's great to see this game get as much support as its gotten as it's turning out to be my favorite DB game. XV3 is surely going to blow us away so I can't wait. Speaking of XV3, DLC is usually worked on by a small team so this shouldn't hurt its development, especially if its content already made for it that's just being ported to XV2.
