If in the hypothetical Otherworld Saga, Great Saiyaman Saga, World Tournament Saga, and Babidi Sagas of this same separate timeline, Future Son Goku, Future Son Gohan, Future Son Goten, and Future Mr. Piccolo had been rather diligently training under Future King Kai in the Future Otherworld since the defeat of Future Android 17 and Future Android 18, and Future Babidi had managed to search for and then convert the likes of Super Saiyan 2 Future Turles, Great Namek Future Lord Slug (Youth Restored), Fifth Form Future Cooler, and the First Form of Future Janemba into Majins before having gone to Future Earth, how different do you think the events would have played out if in the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament, Future Son Gohan in a fit of rage over Future Videl being beaten, had his current strongest transformation at the time evolve into a level even beyond that and used it on Majin Spopovitch?

Goku in Dragon Ball was hit by lightning during his training with Mr. Popo. While this was filler, he was trying to increase his speed after lightning. If you don't want to count filler, then Jackie Chun / Roshi in the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai used the Thunder Shock Surprise attack which is 20,000 volts on Goku. After Goku transformed into the Great Ape, this had no effect. According to official power levels, his power level during the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai is between 10-180. In Great Ape form, that means 100 to 1800. That means that a power level of 1000 is at least enough to survive 20,000 volts. Lightning is 1 billion volts, or 50,000x more than the Thunder Shock Surprise. Hence, 1000 x 50,000 = 50 million. SSJ Goku on Namek had a power level of 150 million. Hence, a Semi-Perfect Cell and ASSJ Vegeta would be completely unaffected by a lightning strike while under the sea. At most, it would only cause arrythmia (irregular heart beat).

In addition, if lightning were to strike the surface of the ocean, it would disperse. The amplitude of that lightning would be inversely proportional to the distance from it. That is, the further you are from the point of the strike, you would feel its affects much less.

At the beginning of DB, if Pilaf got his wish instead of Oolong, it would be to conquer the world. However, this wish is vague and I'm not sure how Shenlon would interpret it. He may get the title of "king" and people may serve him as such, but that's about it. When King Piccolo is set free, he would lose his power instantly.

Biology, and maybe a bit of magic. If he was immortal, Goku wouldn't have been able to kill him. Zamasu's regeneration was compromised when he fused with Goku Black, who wasn't immortal.

This is a good question. Cell could regenerate from a single cell. Buu could regenerate from anything really, even a tiny molecule of gas. Zamasu was immortal, so in the anime and manga, it portrayed it as regeneration. In the anime, he became ethereal, even without a body. In the manga, after he fused with Black though, he became semi-immortal, so he became a lot more like Buu where a destroying a piece of him, only made another Merged Zamasu. Hence, in this case, if all pieces could be disintegrated, he could technically be killed which is why they even bothered to fuse into Vegito. In the anime, I'm not even sure since Vegito couldn't have killed Merged Zamasu. Nothing could since it would have resulted in Infinite Zamasu regardless of the outcome.

I was going by the manga when I asked, but if I had to consider the anime, then there's the possibility of Majin Boo's evil, which existed since time immemorial, to be ethereal prior to Bibidi's summon. It was made into an immortal Pure Boo that could shape shift, but the Genki-dama overwhelmed him with the mortals' energy, in the same vein as Trunks' sword cutting through Zamasu. However, why wasn't Pure Boo's defeat met with another wallpaper, when his body ceased to exist? My answer to that is the existence of another Majin Boo: the fat one. He's still Pure Boo beneath the Kaioshins, and his power going down in their fight meant that, little by little, Pure Boo was making him his own, like an entity who wants to return to itself. Theory's end.

It was told by Toriyama that Cold was slightly weaker than his son. It's unknown whether he had further transformations but he will make an appearance in the upcoming Prison Arc promotional anime. They are considered mutants because they are variant, meaning it's rare in their population to exhibit the traits that they have.

DB Multiverse is awesome, but yea. Toriyama said himself that he doesn't like making higher transformations bigger and scarier but wants to go against that kind of thinking. This is why Freeza's fourth form was what it is.

The point was that we dont know but if you REALLY want to know what possible further forms would look like for King Cold, that is what they could possibly look like.

Majin is derived from djinn which is like genie or magical creature. Wizards like Demigra and Babidi use their magic to control others which puts the "Majin" symbol on their head to signify that magic is being used. However, some creatures are already from that magical race like Buu and Ozotto so are Majin naturally. Demigra and Babidi however are not from the Majin race. Buu creates his own Majin race later on. That's what I think anyways.

The Dragon Ball universe is kind of confusing with its demons and demon-like creatures. Demigra and Dabura are actual demons from the demon realm. Then there are Oni, the race who manage the underworld, such as King Yemma. King Piccolo and his children were called demons, since Piccolo was the evil counterpart of Kami (God). Majin Buu is a mysterious being from the ancient past. No one knows where he came from. The Majin symbol is used by wizards Babidi and Demigra to show their control over the minds of evil people.
