(Semi-Related) Dr. Slump game being released on DS!

Dr. Slump & Arale-Chan is slated for the Nintendo DS. Since Arale was in Sparking! METEOR, what are the odds that Goku or another Dragon Ball character will show up in this game?
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Better than the chances of this game actually coming to the US. TT_TT

That is so friggin' awesome! I'm about 30 times more excited for this then another sub par DBZ game. What an unexpected turn of events!

That looks pretty cool, too bad it probably won't get released over here.

... DS stands for Doctor Slump. Except for the part where it doesn't.
I wish I didn't suck royally at handhelds now. T_T
... Wait... no... I just suck at video games in genral, as proven by how badly Nappa kicked my ass on Legends yesterday.
(And... Brice Armstrong as Senbei? Meh! I like the fyrestarter version better...)

This looks like a collection-of-mini-games game. It would have been cooler if it was some kind of RPG (Not the walk-around-to-activate-mini-games-type).

Dr. Slump is something I can't picture as an RPG. Too silly.

Hooray! I can't wait for the cast of Dr. Slump to grace my DS. I sure hope this is a good game. If it isn't, well, I will no doubt import it anyway. Looks like you win this round PlayAsia.

Oh! Oh! The fact that Viz is domesticating the Dr. Slump manga could be the "saving grace" for an American release of this game. Even so, I don't have a DS. Bugger. :?

Did you even look at the date on the last post? It was from December. That's like 2 or 3 months ago. If a topic is that old you shouldn't revive it as it's called necro-posting and that's against the rules.

Paper Mario.

Anyway, I'd like to think this would come out over here in North America, but we don't even have the anime, do we?

Zephyr wrote:And that's to say nothing of how pretty much impossible it is to capture what made the original run of the series so great. I'm in the generation of fans that started with Toonami, so I totally empathize with the feeling of having "missed the party", experiencing disappointment, and wanting to experience it myself. But I can't, that's how life is. Time is a bitch. The party is over. Kageyama, Kikuchi, and Maeda are off the sauce now; Yanami almost OD'd; Yamamoto got arrested; Toriyama's not going to light trash cans on fire and hang from the chandelier anymore. We can't get the band back together, and even if we could, everyone's either old, in poor health, or calmed way the fuck down. Best we're going to get, and are getting, is a party that's almost entirely devoid of the magic that made the original one so awesome that we even want more.
