Hello, I just recently found out about the complete Dragon Ball dvd sets from Japan and came across a Dragonbox set on the website shop anime.
The set listed at
http://www.shop-anime.com/component/pag ... Itemid,45/ seemed to good of a price to be true. So i was wandering if any here knows if this is real deal or not. Thanks

I'm sorry my friend, but you have stumbled upon some bootlegs. You'll notice that these DVDs have subtitles and are region free. The real Dragon Box sets are NTSC region 2 and have no subtitles.

153 episodes on 6 discs..... that's 25 episodes per disc... holy shit.
I wonder how bad the quality is on those..

They're probably some XviD encodes thrown onto DVD's.

I hate to imagine the bitrate of the episodes if they really were MPEG2 video.

Or maybe it's all VCD-quality MPEG1 video.
