Budokai Tenkaichi 2 Music

Post by Leotaku » Sat Dec 22, 2007 9:15 am

Probably unlike a lot of people, I happen to love some of the music in Budokai Tenkaichi 2 (I mean the new music composed for the North American version of Sparking! Neo, of course). I kinda want to sell the game though because I already have Tenkaichi 3. Does anyone know where I could download Tenkaichi 2 music?

I assume it's OK to ask for a download because these songs were never released on a soundtrack that could be purchased, as far as I know. And I remember Kula posting unreleased Budokai 3 songs, which didn't seem to be a problem.

Don't mention it. I've got the unreleased Budokai songs if anyone would like me to upload them.

Damn, I just realised I've been a member for 2 years. I feel old.

Kula, do you have the Budokai 1 ending theme? The instrumental version of Cha-La-Head-Cha-La? :P

Hey, I came across those old uploads you made when I was searching to see if anyone had already asked for the Tenkaichi 2 music. Maybe I can save you some trouble.

This should be accurate.

Wow, these are amazing. I've always really liked the music from the original Budokai series myself, thanks for those, Kula and Leotaku.
I really, really need to get back into the habit of posting.

Since none of these links work anymore would anyone know where to get the Budokai 1 unrelesed tracks.

Is it still necro-posting if the dead have already risen?

Aaanyway, yes, BT2 was my favorite DragonBall video game score, aside from the Budokai/Super Butouden series. Although, a few Hyper Dimension tracks are sex.

But as far as BT2 goes... Electric Gravity and Jungle. Look those up if you don't know them.

I was playing BT2 recently and is it me or does the score fit really well with the series? It might be nostalgia, but I honestly think it has quite a DBZ feel. Thoughts?

My favourite track is without a doubt "Dance to the Tower". Blows me away every time I listen to it.

Loved the track Go Ahead from BT2:

Fitted perfectly during battle, and was just a generally great hype up track.

EDIT

This is from BT3, but Shine was just a great mushy happy-go lucky track that captures DB's Shonen spirit as well as any other DB related track I've heard:

BT2 OST: https://hotfile.com/dl/179935288/abd27c ... b2.7z.html

Keep in mind it's not an RB2-BT2 (sadly) rip but from the PS2 version.

I would have bought BT2's soundtrack if it were ever released on CD because whenever I listen to them it makes me wish there was a source (RB2 would be).
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray
