increased his intelligence, same way absorbing Piccolo made super buu talk properly and fat kai made him a manchild

I can't believe they brought back Ozotto as I always thought he was a forgotten character. Hopefully he can make it into XV3.

Hatchiyak has been in games since his debut and had his movie remade, and continued to appear in other things like heroes, Ozotto doesn't even have that, so it's nice to see him again after all this time

i too really didn't think Ozotto would ever make it into Heroes, feels weird after all this time even like some fantasy come true or something, now the only thing that is missing is for something like Goten getting SS3, we talk a lot about him but the thing is when you have Raditz and Nappa both the weakest bad guys by far in Z having SS3 randomly and the son of the main character not having anything at all makes you wonder what goes behind the scenes for the people in charge of the game, like how do they decide which characters gets time to shine or not, we know being really popular makes characters like Broly appearing a whole more lot than they need to and sometimes it just happens like Gohan SS3 with the purple Gi and Piccolos cape, which if i'm correct is the only stance Gohan has SS3 in any kind or form other than Future Gohan and it wasn't even part of the main plot of the game it just happened one day.

Now it is just missing Goku Junior and Vegeta Junior from the old part. Once Heroes have them, the cast will be completed (?). Only Dende knows when they will appear but hopefully in a nearer future than we think.

Once we get rid of the old cast, I really want Heroes to focus on Dragon Ball Online again, there are more characters to be added and I do want Android 9 to get more attention (mostly in response to Android 21 character).

The body looks Frieza-esque, but it's blue and doesn't remind me of anyone. I looked all over the place, but no one seemed to match this character...

The coloring sorta reminds me of Ozotto copying someone, so my assumption was either King Cold's new form or Ozotto copying King Cold('s new form).

At least he looks better than in the opening for the anime.

Another thought, could also be a First Form Cell Ozotto, which I'm starting to feel might be probable given the spots on the legs and the color going up to the knee caps.
