I got confirmed ages ago that there was going to be trailers released between the 19th and 22nd of July. This isn't really anything new, it just confirms a specific date.

A couple questions. Did the NA Resurrection of F’s Blue-ray have both english Dub and Sub? And do the NA Blu-ray for Dragon Ball Super have character sheets like the JP Blu-ray does?

NA Modern DB releases are all dual audio yes and no, no character sheets.

There’s a giant banner for the DB Super movie at Anime Expo. There’s definitely going to be some news about the movie there. I’m speculating that they’re going to announce the release date for it in the US.

FUNi are part of the team coordinating the tour so seems very likely at this point. If it is hopefully Toei Europe & MangaUK can follow suit pretty soon!

I won't hold my breath on this movie, BoG and RoF had terrible story worthy of fanfiction.

This new one has a new saiya-jin as the main villain, nothing new, they don't even try anymore.

But about the SS3 Kēfura rumor, I would be glad with anyone else besides Goku defeating the main villain.

[spoiler]Other rumors are circling that Bulma flies her Capsule Corp ship into the new Saiyan, doing damage. Then little Trunks and Vegeta get to redo the father son galick-Ho combo. Goku won't be able to outdo family time cause he is on the ground clutching his chest from UI strain. Ultimately, the Saiyan is defeated due to Piccolo beam cannoning him in the back. Distracting him from Vegeta and son and they defeat him with a final push of power.[/spoiler]

Both kid Trunks and Piccolo doing something? That sounds like desperate fan wishful thinking if I have ever seen it.

This is Goku's movie, the producer more or less even said so.

We all know this is Goku's movie that doesn't mean other characters must be completely useless to the plot.

Although I'm curious where they got that rumour from.

It shouldn’t be a big deal. Japanese Resurrection ‘F’ was released before Kai finished airing in Japan and Funi’s dub of R’F’ came out before Kai tfc even started to air.

With RoF, while it did come out before Kai finished in Japan or started in the West, we still would have had the original Dragon Ball Z so people could finish DBZ if Kai wasn’t done by the time the movie came out.

Well hopefully the DBS Movie gets some commercials on Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and maybe other channels and in the trailer they can mention that it takes place after the T.o.P. So then people know it will have spoilers.

The FUNimation Announcements Panel at Anime Expo is happening on July 6th at 12:00pm PST. Judging by the giant DBS movie banner at AX, they're probably going to announce something relating to the film at the panel. My guess is that they'll tell us the US theatrical release date. I am crossing my fingers for a December or January release. I also hope FUNi release the film in both dub and sub in the US.
