Like in sports, the legends are the ones who had natural skills and talent. The ones who used PEDs and steroids are not considered legends.Mister_Popo wrote:It could also be both. He is a legendary ssj like Kale in U6, but because he's genetically pimped he's able to achieve unimaginary hights.KingKaash wrote:I sure hope there's some explanation for the LSSJ. I also like the theory of Paragus genetically engineering Broly into a saiyan specimen like no other with the whole S-Cells thing. But if that does happen, does the name Legendary Super Saiyan really work for an altered Broly? To me legendary means someone who possesses an unbelievable level of power all on their own that they're considered a legend. Broly being genetically experimented on doesn't sound as legendary to me.
LSSG or Berserk is only the name of the green transformation Kale also had.
It doesn't give any form of explaination why someone is probably stronger than SSG in his pimped baseform.
If Broly is that strong he probably won't have the opportunity test his strength against opponents Goku and Vegeta fought against (Beerus, Merged Zamasu ...).
As a matter in fact he is restrained by Paragus. So he can't explore his full power as a Saiyan.
But let's assume for a moment he does reach UI-levels with that once he breaks though the restraining device.
I think it's normal we pose ourselves the question 'how did he became so insanely strong?'
Even more so when you consider U7 Saiyans generally aren't that strong from birth.
The U6 Saiyans seem to be able to become a lot stronger with less training than the U7 Saiyans.
In that case i hope we get some explaination why Broly is so powerful or why he keeps on getting stronger during a fight.
The genetic engineering is only one possible pathway of explaining things. It doesn't need to be that.
I just hope it exceeds 'Broly is destined to become that powerful from birth ...' in originality.
