Murasaki should so have been in Battle Stadium D.O.N. XD
... *wonders what a DBZ game in the style of the Marvel Vs Capcom series would be like* (No, I haven't played MvC2. And when I watched people playing it a couple years ago I was actually rather disappointed... Meh.)

So is all we know about gameplay that it's some sort of Budokai enhancement? :?

Yeah, it's the same Kiai he finished up the Dragon Fist attack with in Budokai 3. That's where Sparking! ripped it from.
And your point is  . I wasn't pointing that out as a “rip-off” call, I was just saying that is possible that maybe Ryo Mito is the producer/designer of Burst Limit. For example the shared moves of Goku's "Angry Kamehameha" that appeared in the both Shin Budokai and Sparking!, remember that Ryo Mito was producer of the Sparking! and Shin Budokai and games. Granted that I could have made my point clearer in my last post that still doesn’t give you the excuse to act like a sarcastic ass.

I wasn't. I was pointing out it came from Budokai 3 originally. So it doesn't really provide a basis for anything.

<Xyex> Original Freeza never sounded like a chick to me.
<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.

Sorry, that's my fault for jumping to conclusions then, well what I should have said from the beginning is that the kiai move he used on Butta and Jheese on Namek in the anime appeared in Sparking as a combo finisher, I'm not sure if he can use as a stand alone melee move. The Dragon Fist kiai is a little different in Budokai 3 like the character position, having to be in kaioken mode, and performing rush like combo to initiate it. I always thought that using that kiai model (Namek) was an odd choice since the Sparking! games doesn’t really feature a true 2-on-1 fights and that there would be no way it could be use to knock back to two opponents at once. Anyway, hopefully this explanation was a little bit better.

Yeah. Personally, I think it is too soon to come to conclusions.

Y'know what? Everyone at DIMPs should just rewatch the series from the beggining of Dragonball, to the end of GT. They need to impliment everything they see, and have the game come with a 30 button control pad. If not every Kami damned character that ever existed isn't in there and isn't completely different from any other character, we should simply hang ourselves, as to save the rest of us the trouble of tracing our IP addresses and slaughtering us when the next Burst Limit is announced.

That translates to "Stop the bitching about the characters. They won't add them."

How can we even think about gt when we don´t have a word about majinbuu here.

This is bad..
The game does not have the amount of fighters to fill dragonball z,
what about kid goku, tamborine, etc..

Perhaps they could release more characters/scenarios/fights as downloadable content? That'd be awesome.

The newest game included Nam and Android 8. That translates to "You are wrong, and they will get to them eventually."

I dunno, I remember when the group of casual DBZ fans formed a picket line in front of DIMPS studio begging for Frieza's Henchmen. That turned out well.

Are you serious Big Momma? People actually did that? That's bad. I have no problem with Frieza Soldier as a character (just give him like 20 different outfits or something and be done with it, don't make three different ones  ), but they could REALLY do with putting some more important characters in the roster before they start that.

OK, so I'm easily convinced. I'm from AR, we're all stupid.

Does anyone know how accurate this is?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon_Ball_Z_Burst_Limit

It has a bunch of character confirmations I didn't think had happened yet, and it also claims the game will be available for the PS2 and Wii. Any truth in this?

Click on the little numbers beside the character names. It lists where the source is at the bottom of the page.

I think whoever put that it would be availible for PS2 and Wii was wishful thinking. I'm pretty sure that this game is next-gen (I mean PS3 & 360) all the way.

Indeed, especially since the image they gave for the source plainly says Xbox 360 and PS3, with no trace of PS2 or Wii :P

Damn. I was really hoping that it coming to the Wii was a little likely, but oh well, I'll be just fine with the next Sparking! game.
