Would The Power Up Of Mastered Ultra Instinct Push Umigame To Relevance?

Assuming that Mastered Ultra Instinct works as a multiplier and is applied to this turtle's power level of 0.001, would he actually become powerful enough to challenge some of the opponents introduced in DBS? If so, how far could it take him before he hits a limit?

Going by that 0.001 power level (which always seemed awfully low to me considering that ordinary adult humans were measured at 5 and four-year-old Gohan when he's not raging and seems like a regular kid was a 1... a turtle that size definitely shouldn't be less than 1, especially considering he has the strength to swim across the ocean while carrying a human or two on his back!), then no, he wouldn't be on the level of anyone in Super and would probably still fall far short of most characters in Z.

If you assume there's a set multiplier for Mastered Ultra Instinct at all, it would probably be in the tens-of-thousands, hundreds-of-thousands... maybe millions or even tens-of-millions if you assume SSj God is that big of an increase (like if you're going with Vegerot literally being Goku's BP times Vegeta's BP and trying to keep SSj God above that level since Goku was sure fusion wouldn't be enough, rather than interpreting that throw-away "Vegeta x Goku" line as just meaning "Vegeta crossed with Goku.")

Let's say Mastered Ultra Instinct gives a boost of ONE HUNDRED MILLION TIMES just to be extra ridiculous. 0.001 times 100,000,000 would only be 100,000. That's less than Captain Ginyu!

(Again, though, I'd like to think that 0.001 reading was a scouter malfunction rather than the turtle's actual power level, because being able to swim across the ocean with somebody riding on his back seems way beyond what somebody hundreds of times WEAKER than an ordinary adult would be capable of. Filler episodes had him fighting off random thugs once, so it doesn't seem like Toei thought 0.001 was a realistic level either. Maybe he's actually got a power level of 10 and the decimal got horribly misplaced due to a scouter glitch. In that case, Ultra Instinct Turtle with the ridiculously high multiplier I used before would reach the 1 billion mark and be able to beat the Androids, and probably at least the first two forms of Cell! XD)

I mean, HE'S A TURTLE. Not exactly a humanoid figure that can throw punches and kicks.
