What!? Batman begins was like one of the best movies I have ever seen. They tried to make it dark and realistic, very different from Fantastic Four and such.
I loved Batman Begins. So I'm eager to watch The Dark Knight more than DB. Although I'm a hardcore fan of DB and DBZ (GT was a crime against humanity imo), but I dont have high hopes for this DB movie, but I do have high expectations for The Dark Knight (Batman).

I didn't say it was awful, I just didn't find it very entertaining. Oh and the ninja training at the beginning was so stupid.
If challenge had a taste, you'd be quite delicious.

But... Batman DID have ninja and martial arts training... Maybe not originally from Rhas Al Ghul, but still, he did.
Ah, whatever.

Guess I don't like the comic then.
EDIT: Someone mentioned Bruce Faulconer. I wouldn't want him, but I would be fine if someone orchestrated SOME of his previous work.

The Japanese added eurobeat to the live-action Initial D film... I wonder if the Japanese version of the film will have any cool music changes. Maybe some seiyuu cameos or full roles?

I want to see Masako Nozawa cameo and blast Chatwin out of the water with her awesome vocal powers.

I guess it helps I never liked the Japanese Goku voice... it sounded too much like a girls.. thought goku was supposed to be a man XD.
Anyway, I'm not going to judge Chatwin until I see him in at least one scene of the movie. Not gonna even say if I like him or not at this point.

Wow JAPPO, if Batman Begins sucked, I really have to question your preferences when it comes to films. The score was excellent, and the film helped to make everything about Batman make sense to the general audience. Also, if the whole ninja training thing seemed stupid to you, how would you have expected him to learn the plethora of skills that Bruce Wayne possesses.
Annyyway..
Masako Nozawa cameo?! That would be too awesome; unfortunately, I doubt that the general audience would know who she is.

It's not hard to take what one says 'way out of proportion' when you make comments such as...

By the way, I'm not trying to be an asshole or anything, it's just that it really erks me when people make comments like that with nothing to back it up to go along with it at first. No hard feelings man.

Heh heh, that would be awesome regardless of the ensuing quality...
I'm pretty sure that Faulconer can do a decent job; it just took way too long for his DBZ score to get its act together.

I still worry for The Dark Knight, though.
Anything with Edison Chen featured in a movie is questionable.
And yes, Edison Chen will appear in the upcoming Batman sequel.
The world is your's.

Edison Chen was in Infernal Affairs I and II, and III? I don't recall much about the third film. His performance wasn't all too terrible, and it wasn't anywhere close to being 'good' either. Either way, his presence will be outshined by the stars of the film anywho.
By the way tinlunlau, do you by any chance visit the asianeu site?

After re-listening to Bruce Faulconer after a year or two, I have to say he isn't nearly as bad as I thought he was.
In fact, I actually like some of his songs and I think they could be orchestrated for the big screen. No flaming me please, just an opinion

The big thing about Faulconer was that so many fans of the series that were introduced before an English dub preferred the Japanese music. It was more true to the original product that they enjoyed from the beginning. Very understandable.
I personally enjoyed Faulconer's work, because I was introduced to the series through the English dub. There seemed to be music playing all the time in the English dub, and that was just enjoyable. And, naturally, when I get the Uncut DVDs, the dub just doesn't seem the same (As it has the Japanese score).

That would be very amusing. Just get the whole seiyuu cast to duke it out with the actors & have Toriyama beat the shit out of James Wong.....Okay that was wrong, but I couldn't resist.

I assume you're talking about the Season Sets, or orange bricks. If you don't want to watch the dub with the Japanese score, you can always change the audio to English 2 - it has the dub with the Falcouner Music. Except for Season 1 and most of 2, it's got the other guy's score.
