Identifying an animator from a scene in DBZ Movie 5

I very new here so let me know if this post is ok here.
But I have an animation question. From Cooler's Revenge there is a scene where Goku revives a bird and looks into the camera. It is one of my fav DBZ movie scenes and I was wondering who the animator might be. My guess is Shida but maybe it's Yamamuro? I'm not sure. If anyone knows please tell me. Thanks.
