Now that I think about it, useless siblings are as prevalent in the Dragon Ball universe as women who stop being fighters after they have children. Pretty much everyone has one.

i think Tullece being Goku’s brother would be a bit strange. I know there was a lot of material unofficially calling him Goku’s brother. We’ve had crazier stuff happen but after Goku Black it’d be wierd not to mention Goten being around and Bardock possibly showing up in the new material. If they gave him a bit different of a hair style and called him Goku’s uncle I’d be all for it. You couldn’t play the he was long lost or frozen card over and over either.

Why do people even act like Raditz should have ever been more relevant than he was. Raditz and Nappa simply didn't have a reason to stay around longer than they did.

I don't want to be the party pooper but I'll have to in this case, I don't want to see Turles again. Not in this movie or ever in Super. Don't encourage Toei's lack of fresh ideas here and their usage of member-berries. Raditz and Nappa? I can understand, but Turles? He wasn't part of the main timeline in Z where he should've played his role and is not that fitting into the whole timeline placement thing, as he was already a wandering Saiyan murderer who defunct from the Frieza Army when Planet Vegeta was in it's last years under Frieza. If any non-Canon Saiyans are to make a cameo in this film, I hope it'll be Bardock's Crew.

I could see it being leaked if we were close to V-Jump's release but we're not so I think it's fake. Something as big as Gogeta Blue would get a bigger announcement than a small character design sheet.

Hopefully it is, I want a redesign so badly. Look how good Vegetto looks in SDBH with RF outfit fusion instead for DBS we got more or less same Vegetto as before but his belt was darker.

But Vegetto works different than Gogeta. Potara fusion is also a fusion of clothes while dance fusion gives us metamoran clothes which should stay the same. Once in DBH Gogeta had the same clothes but with different color.

This. Gogeta remaining the same is more excusable than Boo arc Vegetto being rehashed but with Blue in Super.

IF Bardock had siblings/cousins, then I can see Turles being Goku's distant cousin (or uncle, whatever fits best): it would explain the copy/paste design and it would also explain why he never once brought up the family connection (he probably isn't even aware of it).

I think its the fact Raditz for a long time was the only family we had with any development in the series proper. Ignoring the bardock movie and his super saiyan shenanigans in recent extra material, Raditz being a sibling seemed woefully unimportant considerin the blood tie and the fact he was basically the bringer of the series turning point into a space opera.

I always figured Radiz served as a prototype for vegeta in some regards. Both smug pricks with a widows peak.

Even so, usually long lost family become central to events in fiction so him being so short lived seemed... a bit jarring really?
