Was anyone ever a fan of the DBZ model kits?

I am pretty sure thats all of them, except maybe a Tien I think. I can't believe they didn't make a vegeta or piccolo or uh, anyone else, geez, I hate bandai. The Super Battle Collection, which I have all of, is a prime example of there terrible figure choices, I think there is like, 50 Gokus, and not one Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, or Chaotsu. Not to mention no Lunch, Videl, Bulma, Mr. Satan, Super Buu, and the list goes on and on. I have had to make my collection more rounded by buying other brand figures(Jakks and Irwin and etc). Although some of those are good, My Nappa is great, some are just bad (Krillin's head is like 2 sizes to large)

I've always liked these figures for the fact that you had to be (somewhat) delicate when assembling 'em. They were also pretty poseable, which is a plus.
Were there really only six or so of 'em? I vaguely remember that the core secondary characters were released in America, but I had to go to a nearby import store to pick up the, in my opinion better, figures.
I think I picked up two of 'em: A SSJ Vegeta one (American release) and a Gotenks imported one with an exchangeable base/SSJ head.
Like omegacwa I had to deal with those gosh darn colored knobs, which always scratched me at least once whenever I'd hold the figures.

I think more than one series of the figures were released. I have all the ones in that series of releases (as in, I have all of the ones that were shown on the boxes that I had), so there must have been another release including characters like Tenshinhan and Vegeta. The ones I have are all import versions (including some hilariously bad English instructions
), none of the American ones.

I had a Goku one, but I lost it. The IF Labs ones own, though

Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!
