Oh you're right, though I think they could be consistent about this. A Super Saiyan without a golden tail doesn't make sense as the transformation should affect all the body hair/fur

Why, though? In their natural states, Saiyans have black hair and brown fur on their tails. Why wouldn't SSJ be an extension of the same diversity of hair color versus fur color?

I agree. I love the Buu Arc Vegeta look.

Also, I hate the line work, but I love the re-worked Takahashi illustrations.
