(Cover from his recently released album)
We all know who Ringo Starr is. But is Ringo Starr one of us?

One of us humans? Hopefully, because if he's one of
them we'll have to burn his body, and I don't think I can do that to someone I admire so much.
I mean...It's probably just a coincidence, but amusing none the less. I use US Bank, and their logo always reminds me of the 5-star ball.

Ah... Ringo. I do not think this is a DragonBall reference. As for him being a DragonBall fan... well, I highly doubt it.
Dang it! Thanks to all this Ringo talk, I have Octopuses Garden stuck in my head. Ah, time to go dust off my Beatles albums.

If there's one reason NOT to dust off Beatles albums, it's Octopuses Garden.

Well, you are mostly right. He does go by Ringo Starr when he makes records, and whatnot. And it is his eight solo album. But, his real name is Richard Starkley, I believe... But, I suppose, Starkley still has the word star in it. So it really doesn't matter.

Actually, it's
Starkey.
Oh and I personally think the image on the album is simply coincidental.

Whoops! You're right. That was a typo.

BLASPHEMY! That was one of Ringo's few real contributions to the band... and a great song.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
I just wanna say that it may look like 2 Dragonballs but that's just a coincidence. It's supposed to be an 8(with the holes in the 8 replaced by stars).

No the 8 is there since Liverpool is the European Capital of Culture for 2008 and Ringo being a Liverpool son has released a single in its honour. Its a pretty big thing over here at the moment. In Liverpool at least. Who knows if the rest of England cares.
