Eh? Removing the black bars isn't stretching the image at all, it's saving space in his post. You know that back in the day on a CRTV, 4:3 was the standard so it did fill the entire screen, right? Or, based on your pirated response, do you guys just have some kind of beef going on? Regardless, the assumption that Solid State Scouter isn't in the dub version is a sound one. Lots of insert songs like Unmei no Hi for SSJ2 Gohan don't exist with FUNimation's dub, in fact no music plays at all. Though, I did just check my official blu ray and Solid State Scouter definitely plays during the dub in the Bardock special.
