Base Gogeta is all that matters in the present part of the movie, can't wait to finally see him. Also, hopefully Heroes won't take too long to give him Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan God. And also, if there is a retelling in the anime, I'm hoping Toei makes him use Big Bang Kamehameha, it would be nice to see its return as well.

Yeah it was a pretty big hype thing when the episode released. The fight was longer and looked amazing. Toei has been heavily marketing this new approach to animation, so I can only imagine an inevitable TV series will follow suit and have a lot of effort put into its animation.

I'm honestly okay with Broly not lasting so long in his FPSSJ or "Berserk" or "LSSJ" form against Gogeta. This new Broly is no longer just a hulking, green haired mess of rage and yelling Kakarot. He's more than his iconic form.

The classic Broly embraced being evil. While this Broly seems to be a victim. According to the spoilers but I take everyone of them with a grain of salt.

That's painfully generic. "look, another guy is evil just because! Oh, and he's really strong!" And it makes it that much more dumb as a character when you realize his main motivation was related to a baby crying next to him.

Him being a more sympathetic character makes him infinitely more interesting.

They should have just revealed Gogeta in the third and final trailer. That being said...
