Other than that I can't see them taking it, Tens super mega kikoho he thought might be able to do something to Buu could maybe hurt it, but they don't want to blow up the apartment and reveal themselves to the main area.
How long has the 24hr ritual been going roughly?
Wish we could keep track of the two sides of this war the way they have a table to keep track of tournament.
Old Kai is dancing so they haven't even started the 20 hour part.
I don't see why they don't just call it off and do it later. Kuririn had to take a hit he otherwise wouldn't, they are all hamstrung by this... It's weird....
I think Elder kai might be doing something else to Raditz here like turning him good or something.... Otherwise I don't get it. Even if they kill the junior they aren't going to get 20 more hours free time if Babidis forces secure the rest before then...
Is there perhaps less than 20 hours real time and they want to save Raditz's universe so it's justified?

Didn't Old Kai say something that if the ritual is interrupted Raditz would die? So he's probably just keeping the lie, even at the risk of their own lives lol.

My man, all Goku had to do was go SSJ3 and shock Vegeta so much the M on his head would have turned into an L and Buu would have never happened.

Yeah but his thoughts showed he lied, sure if they let him run off he would get possessed by Babidi but Tenshinhan or Yamcha could blow him away probably fairly easy,
My only theory is he's doing something else to Raditz, like making him good as well as power up
Maybe go undercover and assassinate babidi?
Exciting but as usual the pace is maddening and I don't have the willpower to wait for full chapters

I might need to repeat myself as I said human characters (especifically losing their limbs). The original manga sure had it's gory parts, but it was not usual also it was clear that Toriyama felt more comfortable drawing aliens/demons being chopped than human-like characters.

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

It's not that usual in DBM, either; at least outside of the "villain kills everyone" Specials.

I wouldn't buy her beating it but I could see her using all her ki in kaioken just to protect the ritual from the Jr's casual AoE attack. Especially if she passes out after
Then maybe Yamcha can get off his arse and do something. He should be the only one able.

Yeah, Asura mentioned that on the first page Videl went Kaioken...

So don't be surprised if the pigtail is intact on the next page. ^^
