Why Is SSJGSSJ Blue Instead Of Orange?

Because orange would be hideous and Blue gives off more of the idea that this is a tranquil, controlled state. Orange is more of a fiery color that would be redundant if we already had a red SSJ

It makes sense to be an even more fiery color since that's what SSJG was. A flame that becomes more intense seems more in-line with how DB presents a stronger form of an existing transformation.

Flames can also appear purple & white-ish but the point I'm making is why does yellow + red = blue in this instance.

It's all about color pallet. Blue is a better complimentary color given their normal outfits.

God Ki does work like normal Ki except that it cannot be sensed by ordinary Ki users. The same logic behind normal Ki still applies in that the fighter with more God Ki is stronger & faster than another fighter with less God Ki.
Note that Super Trunks does appear to unlock the power of SSJB yet he has both a yellow & blue aura? Admittedly, I can see that Trunks didn't turn green with the yellow & blue but it raises another question, why would Goku & Vegeta's auras & hair be one single color instead of at least incorporating some degree of color of the transformation that SSJB is based on? SSJB with Kaio-ken is both blue & red despite Kaio-ken being a technique that ordinary-Ki users possess.
I guess we'll just have to leave it as it is since I'm opening a bigger can of worms then I intended.
