Could Son Goku Have Stayed In The ROSAT After Training With Mr. King Kai?

If in the Saiyan Saga, Son Goku had been able to get back to the Earth early from Mr. King Kai warning him ahead of time of when the despicable likes of Nappa and Vegeta were going to arrive on Earth, and Son Goku had one single day to use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, do you think the Earthling would have been able to withstand a whole year in there or not?

I think Goku would manage since he did spend some time there as a kid. The additional training on King Kai's planet would get him ready. For the Earthlings though, the atmosphere would be too harsh for Krillin, Yamcha and Chiaotzu. Tien would endure longer than them, but I don't think he would manage full time too.

Since it only took Goku a little over a month to be able to move normally on Kaio's Planet then he ought to be able to handle the ROSAT by that point.
