Yes , I want to see full 3 hour long Akira Toriyama script in action, and mostly those parts which were cut off from the movie.
I see 3 possibilities.
2uper starts off with...
- a broly retelling
- galactic patrol prisoner arc
- the “new work” Toriyama’s been working on
I honestly would love to have 2uper have a Broly retelling followed by the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc and THEN Toriyama’s new work but i dont see it happening. I DO belive that the most likely possibilities are the first 2 but i cant choose between the retelling and an animated version of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc.
I expect that 2uper will start with either one of those and by Jump Festa 2020 (which, despite the 2020, happens at the end of 2019) will give us a trailer for Toriyama’s “next work” which I'm assuming is a new story arc.
I called it that Gogeta, Bardock, and something Broly related would be in the movie before it was even announced that it was a Broly movie.

He doesn’t know anything. Or if he did, this tweet isn’t a hint. Its just a joke. And he’s making the joke because like many others, he’s confident that DBS 2.0 is a thing.

At the rate this reveal is going (as in, nothing is happening), April 1st is going to be an interesting day. What better way to pull a Dragon Ball-related prank than to fake-reveal Super "2" (and hopefully be creative about it)? So on one hand I'm obviously hoping that they'll announce something soon, but on the other hand it wouldn't be too bad if we got through April Fools first. I've already made my joke teaser. It's decent.

They should announce DB AF for April 1st. Jokes aside, I think it's about time to announce Super's continuation, it's been too long and I really need this in my life. Sundays are not the same anymore.
Personally I'm holding off on this until a Japanese post shows up or they explain themselves. It doesn't really make sense to me that they'd tease "Super 2" in English only.

I'm not gonna get my hopes for this "legendary" announcement.
My heart tells me it will be official document of Dragon Ball Super (2), but my brain tells me it will be the announcement of the HD Blu-Ray re-release of the Dragon Ball/Z TV animes and movies.

I tagged him in a thread explaining how his performance wasn't rerecorded when FUNi were redoing parts of the early Z dub for the Orange Bricks.
He thought I was misrepresenting his work by saying he wasn't in something he was in.
I explained how that wasn't the situation & did a bit of a sarcastic kinda thing involving the rerecordings FUNi did for the Z dub to show how stupid that was.
He said they didn't record him & not use his recordings.
Blocked & he deleted his response tweets to me.

I'm sure it's that but that doesn't mean I can't hope for more than one announcement.
Double-posting, I know, but fuck it: Yonkou tweeted this tweet simply saying "7.7". If this is in reference to 07 July--a Sunday--then it's likely the return date for Dragon Ball Super.
