Seems really hypocritical to question the descriptor they're using and then immediately jump to describing it as facism. In what way is it racist to call it propaganda?

Propaganda is biased information used to influence a viewpoint. Rekieta has made his bias known, it's not fascist to point that out.

I kinda doubt any reputable lawyer would spend eight hours laying out their case publicly on Youtube before any of it actually goes to court. Any actual lawyers or legal experts want to comment on that?

It's not even about Rekieta, it's about getting to hear Vic Mignogna's lawyer speak about the impending lawsuits, which in turn may change the Dragon Ball franchise itself. As I said before, I don't believe for a second that Rial and Sabat were acting that way. They would have threatened to leave, sure, but I highly doubt that they were harassing the con owners because, well, they're professionals. I think this YouTube laywer is using colourful words to make Vic and the con appear as victims (ironic, really).

The youtube lawyer is interviewing Vic's lawyer in both videos. He apparently has proof. Watch for yourself if you wish.

I'm actually wondering how likely it is we're getting a third Kamehacon next year too at this point, as I saw some others questioning. It's a shame - Dragon Ball is probably one of the few anime super-popular enough in the US to manage a convention entirely to itself, but it's not looking too great that it'll keep happening.

Note that suppression of information does not automatically mean it's fascist. You also need ultranationalism and a "strong regimentation of society and of the economy", and a dictator, which is practically impossible in any context of this thread.
