Maybe there needs to be stress management seminars for those of us that can't control "nerd rage". :)
"Hi my name is Bill and I'm an angry nerd."
Everyone: "Hi Bill"

But we'll be alright, as long as our fandom doesn't bring about this http://www.gametrailers.com/player/29294.html.

I love that guy.

The best solution to unnecessary nerd anger is a healthy amount of apathy.

I wasn't offended over that site - just confused as to whether the person who wrote it is being serious on the subject or what...

Also Pokemopolis makes it pretty clear whether this is trying to be funnny, or another " ANIMOO BAD " site written by some parent.
Ah well, it passed the time.
EDIT: Oh, and is it me, or was anybody else shocked by this-
"A subby is almost always vicious when it comes to defending their show or dealing with the dubs!"
..Strange, I could've sworn it was the other way around?
I think I was most shocked by-
The most notable is Temple 'O
Trunks by the horribly brainwashed Meri. Why else would someone
devote so much time to one character unless they were totally
brainwashed? Unfortunately, Meri is a subby that is too far gone to
be spared. A simple bullet should suffice for her.
What the hell is wrong with this site? :?

It's a joke. I really don't know how many times it can be stated. -_-

Because I totally said "zomg someone save Meri!"

I wouldn't say it's a joke, as there's little attempt at humor, but I know it's BS.

They said on the disclaimer the whole page is a joke. It's not a good joke, but it's a joke.

Okay? And everything Michael Richards said in his stand-up act was hilarious. I've read the contact page.
So I've found a person's attempt at humor to be disturbing and unfunny, why is this unacceptable?

I think everyone agrees with you on the fact that it's unfunny. I suppose some people's definitions of the word "joke" are just a bit looser, that's all. o.o
Art, etc. links taken down for now. Will be updated at some point. I dunno.

Anyway, this thing is obviously a joke, it's just not very funny.

A joke is something you don't take seriously, whether or not it's actually funny.

I don't really see what's so dark or offensive about this either. There were much worse sites back in the day.

Rachel pretty much summed up my thoughts but I'll just calrify what I meant in my post to you. I never said you had to find it funny, or like it at all. Just that yours and a few other people's reactions to that site have been like you found a promo page for Al-Quaeda. It's not *that* big a deal is all I've been trying to say.
