Was Allenby in the Blue Water Dub?

I forget the actress' name as of this post, but was wondering was the actress who played Allenby Beardsley in G Gundam in the BLue Water dub of DB, or any others by that company? Know she was in other shows recorded at that studio like Zoids: Chaotic Century, Zeta Gundam (as Four Murasame), etc, so wondered if she was in their version of DB out of curiosity.

Looks like the voice actor's name is Carol-Anne Day. According to Behind The Voice Actors, she voiced Valese in GT's Blue Water dub.
