DanDan English Dub Question

Hey everyone! I've been a fan of this site for a long time, and I just recently started to watch GT. I love Dan Dan Kokoro Hikarete 'ku", and I've been dying to find an english version of it, (I have the complete Japanese OST for DB/DBZ) and I love to have both versions.

I found part of an english version to DanDan on youtube, it's a familiar link: http://youtube.com/watch?v=AcR40aBkOjs&feature=related

I know only part of this song is from the actual dub, and the rest is user-made filler, but I was wondering if there's a full english dub?

I don't think a full english version exists?

I thought that might be true, but I found an extension of the lyrics that went with the English dub, so I thought it was possible it was longer.
