Could a fan have... (DBAF Doujinshi)

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

The stupidest thing that I can think about for this manga is that it's obviously isn't Toriyama because the real Dragon Ball manga is called just that: Dragon Ball. Even volumes 17-42 are still called Dragon Ball, or what is better known to the world as Dragon Ball Z (anime name). So if it was Toriyama, wouldn't you expect this manga to still be called Dragon Ball and not Dragon Ball AF or by some other ridiculous name?

He's not claiming to be Toriyama though, he claims his manga is fanmade more then once.

1-He's not claiming to be Toriyama

2-He based the basic plot of his manga on the old AF rumors, he isn't just taking the (in)famous name and slapping it in his manga.
