Looks like some of the "Soul of Hyper Figuration" figures were actually released here in North America. I found these ones in a three-pack about two years ago:

The only difference was that my #17 wasn't colored. What other ones came out here?

My God, that Tenshinhan and Taopaipai one is awesome. It has the speed lines and everything! Even Taopaipai's "PWNED!" face!

And that Ranfuan one is rather *ahem* nice...

BTW, what is up with that Cell one? It looks nice, but... what was the colourist smoking?

Actually along the top of the box it says "スカウター (グリーン)" which means "Scouter (Green)". It does look blue though...
