Me personally, I feel like Sean's Nail voice would be a great fit. Only change is that it'd have to exchange "polite & honorable" for "cocky".

They would probably just use Goku's voice actor / actress with somewhat changed voice.
Vegetto does seem to be closer to Goku personalitywise, than he is to Vegeta, even with all his cockiness.
