Kaio-ken was invented by a god so it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense for it to be a Saiyan only move. Then again Saiyans get so many handjobs on the regular that I'm sure it'll soon be revealed that they're all secretly Kais who were cast out of heaven or something.

If I am not mistaken we have also never seen King Kai use that technique successfully. Funny how a technique invented by a Kai is never actually used on-screen by a Kai. They had the chance to do that with Zamasu (a Kai who had Saiyan cells, that's the perfect match) and they didn't do that. It just screams bias for Saiyans.

Indeed, he also saw Kaio-ken in the video. Since this was a technique invented by a Kai, it's sad that not a single Kai ever uses it.

Most Shinjin seem to be inclined towards magic and psychic abilities. Kaioken is primarily a power amplification technique. I think if anyone from their species was going to use it then it would have been Merged Zamasu thanks to the knowledge of it gleaned from Goku Black.

Ultra Instinct needs to be elaborated on. Is the power enhancement just a product of Saiyan physiology reacting to it or can anyone improve in power as a result of accessing it? You would think the inspired "Mushin" concept of it would permit an increase in general since ki partly has to do with the mind. Make some extrapolation to have it be power increasing through that logic somehow.
