Post by sangofe » Sat Apr 12, 2008 8:36 am

Hello. As I'm interested in checking out different dub of the Dragonball series, I found the idea of trying to make a somewhat complete TV Guide for Dragonball broadcasting throughout the world!

Unfortunately, I know know for France.
I'd love to know about if any channels broadcast it in Japan :)

Monday, Thursday, Tuesday, Friday: 18:10 - 18.35 -1x Dragonball
Monday, Thursday, Tuesday, Friday: 19:00 - 19:50 -2 X Dragonball Z
Friday: 18:55 - 19:45 -2x Dragonball Z

MCM
Monday - Sunday: 11:10 - 12:00 -2X Dragonball Z
Monday - Sunday: 17:50 - 18:40 -2X Dragonball Z (reruns from earlier same day)

Mexico:(times are in GMT-6)

Canal 5
Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 12:30 1x Dragonball Z

United States of America:(times are in GMT-6)

FUNimation Channel
Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 6:30 am,
01:00 am - 01:30 am - Dragon Ball

Mexico are still in the reruns for like the 100th time, seriosuly it's just that popular. Everyday Monday through Friday in Canal 5, between 12 and 12:30, they change it sometimes.

I don't think the post was useless. I was considering posting the same thing. The UK used to have a lot of Dragon Ball on Cartoon Network, but unfortunately it isn't shown any more.

And FYI, Toonami's airing of DBZ was replaced with Samurai Jack.

He has a point, though like 1/30 people like it in the UK, and parents don't want their kids watching something that violent, MPs don't want Japanese cartoons in the UK since they "demoralise" kids, and think we should have more Bagpuss, or other badly made (but highly imaginative) pieces of crap, like Mr. Benn.

Also, most young'ns say they like Dragon Ball Z, and they have no idea about the anime or manga.

In the Netherlands DragonBall Z/GT stopped airing some years ago. We've been lacking anime since.

Yeah, I get it with Verizon. I dont think Comcast has it yet. I know Comcast does have ADV's Anime Network though.

I consider that going off-topic.

The UK dub aired from Moday to Friday from 5pm - 6pm on Cartoon Network back in about 2001/2002 as I recall. Though the time slot changed a few times.
