Cutest (not hottest) Dragon Ball character?

I suppose this is not quite the usual type of poll question asked, but when you look at it, Dragon Ball has more than its fair share of adorable characters. The series is definitely no stranger to the "cute comic relief" trope. So, yeah, it's that simple. As the title suggests, no, this isn't about attractive or hot characters. Just the kawaii ones. ^{god end me}

Personally, I'd say Goku himself has always been a strong contender, even though he'd probably not be the first one to spring to mind. He was adorably innocent and naive in the original series, but even as an adult he has his moments, mainly in Super. For him, it's less about his design and more about his personality and voice talent from Nozawa. I love that precious moment in the recent Heroes episode where he plays around with Tokitoki (himself a good contender for this category) 'cause he channels his old nature-loving side. Aww...

EDIT: Also that extrovert energy! The genuine joy and enthusiasm he gets from meeting new people is nothing short of infectious. I'm mostly introverted but I can kinda relate to that.

There's a lot of them and a lot of different types of cute! Gokuu is cute like a pet is cute, Videl is cute like a girlfriend is cute, and Pan is cute like a daughter is cute.

I personally can't call young Goku "cute" or "adorable". He has his moments, but he's too tough/weird/mischievous for that kind of thing in my view.

Yep! Absolutely my pick as well. Be it her battle shouts or her attitude in general, she definitely didn't fail in putting a dumb smile on my face.


Super Broly is adorable too! When he isn't fighting, of course, rather... When he is interacting with others in a friendly manner. Of course there's the Cheelai interactions, but also Bah is a big part. He really does treasure those dear to him, despite his savagery.

Also Cus! An Angel that definitely deserves the title in personality.



Well, of course with this long running series there are a ton of characters that look cute. To me, the standouts are Chiaotzu, Korin, Young Bulma, Giru and Lilibeu.

If you refer to kid Marron then i don't consider her cute, but her grown up version (with a nose!) is extremely cute imo

But there are other characters that I find extremely cute too, such as Zeno, babies in general, most of the female characters, Pu-erh, Maji Kayo, Jaco, Magetta, Shin, Goku, Broly DBS etc ...

For me it's EoZ Bulla, and this is why my signature has (roughly) been what it is for years now. She's so adorable!! I can't properly express this with just text, so... just imagine me saying it all squeal-y. Honourable mention for EoZ Pan, she's super cute too, but Bulla pretty much immediately melted my heart, so she wins.
