Half-blood U6 saiyajins

I know is likely not the case, but noticed, thought it was curious and wanted to share that U6 could be half blood based on the following:
-They no longer have a tail.
-Both in base, Cabba could hold his own against Vegeta. Vegeta having gone through zenkais and such intensive trainings, and having an exceptional power.
-U6 Saiyan culture makes it likely that there are good relations with other races.

I don't think so.

They may have just taken on a different evolutionary path since they didn't lose their home planet and be forced to become conquerors. Saiyans evolved out of their tails pretty quickly on Earth too.
