It's a little dishonest to try to turn it into a Vegeta-only thing, but yes, that's how it works. The pose pretty much guarantees a loss for everybody who uses it. I made this last month, a few days before we first got to see the newest addition (hopefully it shows up alright):

As much as I wish that was true, the outrage around what happened with Vegeta in the most recent chapter makes it hard for me to see it that way. Many people in the larger DB fandom don't fully understand Dragon Ball, and they found their expectations shattered as a result of that. How could they believe that Vegeta was going to win just like that? Of course he wouldn't, there were too many things left unsettled for this to be the end of the arc, in addition to it being anticlimactic.

I've been asking myself that, as no DB villain has ever been defeated early or easily. What's worse is that these social media complainers are clearly not paying any attention to the details presented throughout this arc and most importantly within this chapter that indicate Vegeta will be winning this. Even if he doesn't get the final win, that doesn't mean what we get will be bad, so I wish fans would just wait and see how things play out.

They can't even keep their new clothes, let alone the beards. It would be a nightmare for everyone. It would be an interesting take especially for Goku (and Raditz), since Bardock didn't sport it. Completely out of question, though.
