It is probably because of the fact that the people behind the creation of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F, Dragon Ball Super, and especially the so-called Promotional Anime of Super Dragon Ball Heroes are nothing but a bunch of Trolls.

As those very exact same people should have worked on analyzing the strengths and especially the weaknesses of Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and even Dragon Ball GT in order for them to have ironed out the problems Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT had when it came to the overall stories and the characterizations of the characters in said stories taking place within Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT respectively, before working on making Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F, Dragon Ball Super, and especially the so-called Promotional Anime of Super Dragon Ball Heroes even better than Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT combined.

But they had done the very exact opposite...

Just curious but why do you comments sound so "formal"? They're sometimes difficult to read. If you said "the original series" instead of "Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and even Dragon Ball GT" and "revival" or something like "Post-BoG Dragon Ball" instead of "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F, Dragon Ball Super and especially the so-called Promotional Anime of Super Dragon Ball Heroes" each time, people would still understand what part of the series you're referring to.

It is basically the design that he had at the end of Cell arc but slightly stylized
