After Goku defeated Freeza on Namek, he ended up landing on planet Yardrat where he was taught the instant transmission technique. We now know as of the Super manga that the Yardrats all practiced Spirit Control and that instant transmission was merely a basic application of it (although I believe this was alluded to in the original manga as well if I am not wrong). It seems that the applications of Spirit Control seem to be based on the various unorthodox techniques and abilities previously shown in the franchise.
So far, applications of this power include:
Instant Transmission (teleportation essentially)
Cloning (similar to Tien's multi-form technique but better)
Gigantification (like Piccolo's giant Namekian ability)
Healing (like Dende's ability granted by Guru)
Forced Spirit Fission (sort of reverse Genki-dama with other stipulations)
So basically, I am wondering what would other theoretical applications of Spirit Control be if someone learned and practiced more techniques?
My Guesses (references in parentheses):
Transmutation (Buu's candy beam, Gotenks' volleyball attack, or Monster Carrot's ability)
Shapeshifting (Oolong and Puar)
Shrinking (Damon)
Invisibility (Invisible Man and Gamisaras)
Limb Manifestation (Tien's Four Witches Technique)
Sealing (Mafuba, Babidi's sealing technique, Beerus' sealing technique)
Time Manipulation (Guldo's Time Freeze or Hit's Time Skip)
Body Switching (Ginyu's Body Change)
Energy Absorption (Android 19 and Android 20 Drain, Moro's energy absorption)
Matter Materialization (Dabura's sword manifestation, Shin and Zamasu kachin manifestation)
Spatial Distortion (Aniraza's portal punches)
What could other examples be?

Re: Possible Applications of Spirit Control
No doubt the ability of transformation as well. Vegeta might be able to push himself onto a new form with total mastery of spirit control.
