yeah, there's a good chance I will go back and go over them at some point way down the line, but as they are right now they're in great shape

Any updates, Diccolo?

Saw your SSJ Goku rescore, great idea though the 94 Stones version didn't quite nail it for me. It oddly fades in and doesn't capture the tone as well as the OG version. In my previous post I shared an orchestral version of the SSJ theme, maybe that might work better.

Also the SSJ3 rescore is marvelous! Outside the box creativity too.

I came across a different take on Android 16's theme. Which is cool because it rarely ever gets covered.

What I was going for was something similar but different. I liked the OG theme, but it didn't carry enough emotional weight to really convince me of what's going on. I like the 94stones version because not only does it carry the mystical element but also the emotional tone for the scene. I may use the orchestral version in another spot down the line.

Nothing much to update on, I don't really go with release dates anymore because deadlines for passion projects such as these just kills the fun of it, so expect to be surprised when I put something up

Anyone here have or know any good Buu Faulconer Remixes? One of my bigger obstacles to the buu saga remix is the fact that I *do* want to include some good buu saga faulconer tracks such as kid buu, buu is fighting etc.

I've got a good one for Super Buu but that's about it.

I'm also up for using any Japanese BGM remixes if yall know of any

Diccolo, I want to get your thoughts on a few things.

First some music recommendations.

-Day of Fate in Sumitomo style (PokeMixr92):

^This track could be pretty symbolic if you insert it in the right place, maybe the standoff between Super Buu and Gohan.

-We Were Angels (Raizenron) [from the previous post] could fit nicely with the very end of 167 where Goku and Uub fly off.

-The Alternate SSJ3 faulconer-sumitomo mix (PokeMixr92) might work when Goku shows off SSJ3 to Goten and Trunks. Or maybe even something more climactic like near the end of the fight with Kid Buu, or maybe sooner when Goku SSJ3 fights Kid Buu.

-The Genkidama theme (Olympic Films) should be worth considering rather than a vanilla sumitomo track. It's an iconic track that wraps things up nicely. If you place the alt ssj3 track a little sooner in the kid buu conflict, hardcore faulconer fans might forgive having Kikuchi get the final moment, possibly.

Second is redoing a moment from the Saiyan arc.

^The track choice and placement is nice and suspenseful here. Your version is more heroic, which works but this approach may be better.

Hey man! I'm seriously a huge fan of your work, and I'm excited to see how The Final Chapters turn out if you have time for it! It's amazing how much music transforms the series, making your rescore the definitive way of watching dbz imo. One thing though: your mega links for the android/cell sagas have folders with nothing in them. You finished up till Cell though right? Is something wrong with the download?

Doin alright man appreciate your support as always.

Made some definite changes to the score, hard to call it sumitomo (never really was entirely), I am now including some yamamoto and possibly kikuchi tracks here and there officially. At this point I'm working on both pre-buu and buu saga, so it's a toss up to which gets done first.

Other than that I'd like to keep the rest of the details under wraps for now, not really gonna update much since I'd rather just drop episodes and see what y'all think, but I'm sure y'all will enjoy the next episode drop

I skimmed through ep 121 and it sounds great! The variety is really good and the two Faulconer covers were solid. Though I noticed you didn't use Vegeta's "His pride" line from Z. That I think is essential.

Ended up retweaking the Saiyan Saga again, worth a re-download, also adjusted the namek saga at a couple episodes (only 19 and 29) to compensate

Frieza Saga is done.

While I will say the first 3 sagas are in what I consider "finalized" shape, I will be making small adjustments here and there to certain episodes as I move forward to try and keep a good sense of theme, but I'll post which episodes get modified so you don't have to re dl the entire saga

Quick progress update -

I'm done scoring sagas 1-6 (episodes 1-98), at this point I'm adjusting for volume and quality. Don't exactly have an idea of when it will be done, but it's coming.

The remix of that "Piccolo Fuses with Nail" song by Faulconer Productions is quite perfect. It sounds very Kikuchi inspired with the strings and bell, but the style of the strings seems more Yamamoto, I suppose. In any case, it fits the show, and I approve.
