To make Superman fanboys happy and piss off DragonBall fans. :/

Looks like it worked.
Which is why I'm damn glad my favorites are rather unpopular.

Depends on which version of Superman.
Toriyama made a Dragon World version of Superman for Dr Slump, and was he as strong as Goku?....not even close.

Heck even Master Roshi is stronger than Superman. If Superman was that stong, then he would be featured in DBZ movie 2 as someone Dr. Wheelo would want.

Just keep in mind that they'll only do a sequel if the movie is successful. I'm a big DB fan and I'm looking forward to this movie, but I'm 80% certain that this will bomb at the box office. I'm no industry expert or anything, just my two cents. If a film isn't profitable, it's pretty unlikely they'd commit to more sequels (my friend is still waiting for the next Eragon movie).

It's been too long since the material was popular in the states, and not long enough to pull in the nostalgia crowd (like Transformers). Top off the fact that it doesn't look remotely similar to the source material, and you've got yourself another Super Marios Bros. movie.

Note: Super Mario Bros. is a cinematic masterpeice as far as I'm concerned.

Sadly, I'm not sure if it'll bomb or not. I hope it does, but knowing advertisers, as well as 90% of the population's attitude towards things like this... Yeah...

Whats sad is this: The ones who'll come out of the theater all like "OMG DAT ROXORED" will be the same people who berated DB and its fans so long ago.
