Are Caulifa and Kale popular characters? What is the general consensus?

vegeta is not asking anyone to train him out of sheer pride he doesn't ...Matches Malone wrote: Mon Dec 21, 2020 4:58 amShe's more of a genderbended Cell arc Vegeta ×10.Thani wrote: Sat Dec 19, 2020 8:55 pmCaulifla can be a little annoying, but that's just how it goes with being essentially a genderbended Goku.
caulifla has the facility to relate to others unlike vegeta

Caulifla and kale are popular since they are "warrior women" and also "saiyan" ... + together they are top tier in power and have better dynamics than goten and trunks
they are the best female characters currently ... although don't have much competition either ... even currently the criminals who were allies of moro were disappointing

You know it's really strange we haven't seen them used in any arcs since the TOP ended. I wonder if there's some mandate they can't be used in the Super manga or something.

Yeah, Pretty much, they don't even have competition from even most of the women in U7 future since Marron, Videl, ChiChi,(Yeah I like Chi-Chi and wanted to see her fight more) Cheelai, and Bulla are both uninterested in fighting which means they ain't nothing to look forward to with them development-wise at all in anything.Tai Lung wrote: Mon Dec 21, 2020 3:52 pm Caulifla and kale are popular since they are "warrior women" and also "saiyan" ... + together they are top tier in power and have better dynamics than goten and trunks

Chi-Chi- is Goku's Wife and they have never even given them a scene fighting together at all in over 30 years
The prisoners had an awful fight with Roshi and a gag fusion that was a bad joke, not to mention they had them fight Roshi the weakest Z Fighter.
Hit, Champa and Vados are the only beings in U6 who's stronger than Kale, and her fusion Kefla is and two of them are gods who never fight anyways which means she's very relevant to her team's U6 power overall, Hell now that I think about Kale is the only chick in the entire series that's had some relevant level of power besides 18 for like 5 minutes and 21 in a non canon game that made everybody power equal.
Off-topic I'm happy they never turned 18 into just a background character as they did with Chi-Chi and Videl.

I can't really see that, personally. She has similarities, like being prideful and overconfident, but she's not malicious or particularly arrogant. She's also willing to learn from people and have a genuine desire to better herself. Also unlike Vegeta, she's plucky and energetic, pretty much a happy-go-lucky kind of person, despite being the leader of a bandit gang. I don't think she would be interested in letting Cell go Perfect, though. Probably curious on how strong he could get, but not to the point where he could be an even greater threat to her companions (and Kale).Matches Malone wrote: Mon Dec 21, 2020 4:58 amShe's more of a genderbended Cell arc Vegeta ×10.Thani wrote: Sat Dec 19, 2020 8:55 pmCaulifla can be a little annoying, but that's just how it goes with being essentially a genderbended Goku.

One is still a kid while the other one is still a baby. Who knows, maybe they will be interested in fighting later on. 18 in the anime said that Marron is stronger than she looks so maybe she trains with her sometimes while Krillin arrests people. She was also the only one not to get injured on 17's island so maybe she's stronger than Goten and Trunks lol.DevilKing99 wrote: Mon Dec 21, 2020 6:31 pm

In the manga yeah, but in the anime it can be argued that the 2 forgettable universe 6 namekians were more powerful than her.DevilKing99 wrote: Mon Dec 21, 2020 6:31 pm
