Regarding the anime’s “return”

2.They eventually need to start including Moro arc onwards in games, and seems it won't be happening until they appear in the anime.

Why do you think they need to include it? DBS manga, very, very, VERY sadly, is not a main product. Anime was.
Even if they continued with anime, did anything in Moro arc was so important that it needs to be included? Like BoG and RoF movies were in case of anime? Goku kinda made using UI easier and Vegeta learned instant transmission, but those are things that might get some simple explanation. They might even just mention Moro arc the same way Broly was only mentioned in manga or completely ignore that since that isn't even Toriyama's story. So far, Moro arc feels like a "manga filler" which sounds dumb, but that's how DBS works kinda with anime being main product, kinda like GT was with the difference DBS also has official manga which is just an addition to anime. I'd like it to be opposite since manga is much better, but you can't really do anything about that sadly.

I might obviously be proved wrong, but I don't think the anime won't include the Moro arc, if it returns sooner or later it has ti be a part of it.

It seems to be such a great arc to simply be ignored at all on my opinion!

Of course the Moro arc will be animated, it's a main part of the story. Too many important plot points occurred for it to be skipped.

Not everyone watches movies, nor do everyone read mangas, both more than likely will be animated for the series.
