A few years ago I bought a cheap CD on eBay that was just listed as "DragonBallZ" with no product image. When it arrived it turned out to be a compilation release from the Netherlands called Dragon Ball Z: The Best In Dance & Trance. I guess it's not that strange, as far as "slap DBZ artwork on it and it'll sell more" goes, but as far as I can tell none of the tracks have any connection to Dragon Ball.
