Also, I really like Jiren! His plain look combined with his immaturity behind his facade of steel resolve makes for such a hot combination! How does one NOT want to kabedon him and throw him off balance?

I actually don't mind Ribrianne's Fat form that much. While not coming even close to her human-like form, she's... Fine for the most part. The only thing I don't like is the puffy pink pantaloon-thingies, but you could argue that was necessary.

Giant Ribrianne is where I draw the line though. There's being a fat girl, and looking like a bomb that's about to explode. Giant Monna kinda falls in the same category, but it's not as detailed.

Speaking of which, Cell X. Though he might have been done intentionally disgusting, I was aghast when I first saw an image of him and stared at it for about 2 minutes.

Most characters in the series don't look like Broly. They're athletic and have naturally attainable physiques.

Skinny is fine. Toothpick arms like the U6 Saiyans have just looks awful.

Raditz takes the cake. Horrible colors, horrible costume, horrible haircut.

Tullece is not as terrible as him, but still the same horrible costume and dull colors (which even applies to the sick tone of his skin).

Gero is not too great either, but less terrible than the other two I mentionned.

Rild in his yellow costume has something ridiculous about him that I don't like much for a serious enemy, he looks more like some Ratchet & Clank Qwark-like character or something to me.

Super C-17 from GT doesn't look good to me. The awful hairstyle and the face (often shown with a long forehead and a long chin) are a good part of what's wrong, but some stuff's wrong with his clothes too.

Aside from that, can't think of any design that rubs me the wrong way in DB, DBZ, DBS or DBGT (but I don't remember GT too much after more than 15 years, so I might unknowingly skip some horrible characters).
