Going through the old, old, OLD threads here, I came across a twisted little game called "Discuss" that I don't see played in any of the recent threads of the past few years. The image links were long gone, but the point of the game was pretty clear, it looked like fun and and it gave me an idea for a "useful" post...and so, with a little help from Lemmy and after getting permission from VegettoEX himself, I've decided that it might be fun to see if I can revive it.
During my annual Dragonball Remembrance Week (DBR Week for short, AKA the last week of November, which is usually when I'll make my seasonal return to this very board), I came across a slew of the most crazy, lunatic, fucked-up Dragonball images I've ever seen...the sort you can't unsee, if you catch my meaning. Nothing explicit or pornographic, but still enough to bend your mind like a pretzel in a wonderful WTF kind of way.
I've decided that I must share this, and then I remembered the game that used to be played here. ^_^
So, I'm going to give this a try! The rules for my modified version of this game are below, so give them a read and then have yourselves a look at...well...I won't spoil it for you, but just remember that there's plenty more where that came from.
~THE RULES~
-NO ONE but me can post the images. That's not meant to be "selfish" so much as it is to keep the game's structure clean and organized without cluttering it up with a ton of images just because people want to post when chances are they don't quite meet the intended criteria. (And as this was an idea that Lemmy and myself went through the trouble of getting permission to carry out, I'm going to claim the right of decision in this unless an admin tells me otherwise.)
-If you really, really think you have one worthy of this thread, PM me a link and I'll decide if it's worthy to be in the collection of the world's most fucked-up Dragonball art. Of course, if I decide to include it, your name will be listed as contributor.
-After I post an image, discussion on anything related to that image may be freely carried out, from WTF reactions to theories on just what the Hell is going on or inspired the image's content.
-HOWEVER, once I post the next image, discussion on the previous is to CEASE. All further discussion is to be in relation to the new image, until the next is posted, and so on, and so on. It keeps you on your toes, but really it's just so that the flow remains clean and uninterrupted.
-If someone can give me an idea of how to create some sort of point-distribution system (if we did it in a 'tell me what's going on in this picture' sort of way, I could award 1-5 points to whoever gives me the best 'story', and if you discuss the previous image after a new one is posted, you lose points, etc) then we could make an "official" game of it. I'm up for suggestions on just how we could do that because I like the game element but am unsure of how to conduct it.
-If I think of more rules later I'll edit this thread.
I'll try to throw up a new image every few days or so, with a long-enough hiatus that everyone has an ample opportunity to get a look at the previous one and discuss it. Rather than clutter the board with new threads for each one, the images and discussions will all be centralized here (and in time may become a sticky if we're lucky, much like the Fanworks Thread) so as to keep it from getting out of control.
I hope you all have as much fun with this as I will, because let me assure you, you've never seen the likes of what I have to show you. Get ready for a side of Dragonball you've never seen. ^_^
So without further ado, let's get the first image out here. This one is a personal favorite of mine and has a place in my heart as the most WTF thing I've ever seen, which is why I've taken it upon myself to spread it to the masses (by way of spamming /b/ with it regularly until it sticks, because I'm tired of mudkipz). The day will come when it becomes a meme, and when it does join the ranks of such greats as Over 9,000, I want you all to remember who started it.
It...

...Is Sexy Kibito.
(Literally, the image title on the site of origin is 'sekushii kibito')

LET THE DISCUSSION BEGIN.
