Could someone please tell me how do I collect dragon balls in Super DBZ please?

You get a Dragonball for each level you beat in arcade mode. You can also get them by winning fights in survival mode and then getting the Dragonball option on the roulette.

The latter I knew about, the former I did not, so thanks for telling me. I thought I had to actually look around the level like you would in Sparking!.
